Booking Information The accommodation at Wester Lix is normally available for a full week during the peak summer season from Saturday to Saturday, or for short breaks of 3 or more days as availability allows during the low seasons The prices we publish represent the total cost for rental of each cottage for a full week, which assumes self catering and includes heating, bed linen and use of the grounds etc. Electricity is by coin meter which we fill prior to your stay so the only additional charge is for electricity for any additional domestic electricity and for the sauna. We also make small cover charge for pets of £15 for the first pet and £5 for each any additional . Services such as catering and booking of local activities etc are quoted as required, or contact details can be forwarded for arrangements to be made directly by guests. To reserve a cottage we accept a verbal confirmation, or by email which will hold the accommodation for 1 week until the completed booking form and a deposit is received. The full balance of payment is then due 8 weeks prior to rental start date. Payment can be made by most major credit cards, cheque or bank transfer. For further details on booking conditions please refer to our Terms and Conditions We are able to offer a combination of additional nearby properties together as a package for the larger groups. In addition part or full catering may be supplied along with an itinerary of activities with transport if required. Please note : Published prices cover full use of the cottage, heating oil and a normal weeks electricity. The only additional costs are electricity for the sauna, a cover charge for pets, and also any charges for pay channels on Sky TV which are charged at cost. In certain cases a breakage deposit is requested that is fully refundable after departure unless we experience serious damage or misuse. |
